Processing Time:
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. However, please allow up to a full business week for processing of items purchased during a sale. -
Shipping Fees:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 for all orders within the United States. -
Shipping Providers:
For domestic orders, we primarily use UPS. For international orders, we use DHL, and occasionally USPS. -
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes, or delays from the local carrier in your country. Additionally, we are not responsible for any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges that may apply once the package has exited the United States. -
Delivery Time:
- Domestic orders: Up to 3 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- International orders: Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping method. You may choose First Class, Priority, or Express Delivery during checkout.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should be in its original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. -
Final Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund.
Returns/Exchanges Policy

Return/Exchange Time Frame:
You have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. This does not apply to sale items, as they are final sale unless inventory allows for an exchange. -
Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must still have original tags attached.
- You will be responsible for a $10 reshipment fee to send the exchanged item back to you. This fee will be invoiced to the email associated with your order.

Sale Items:
Items purchased during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. However, they may be exchanged if inventory allows or returned for store credit.
